Update [7] - 31Jan21



Welcome to this update post (7) for "a ghostly desire".

There are a   HUGE   amount of updates, that I want to share here now,
before the release of   Alpha 0.1   in a few days.

After a 10 days work marathon!

fixed:
- bed now got a sheet on if player drop the sheet



- converting already a lot of screens & sequences (from .png to .webp)
to save  hard drive space
(+- 450mb saved ~ alpha 0.1 will have about 150mb ~ techdemo:  294mb)

- some condition issues through parallel running quest lines
- player character now aligns properly after picking up or dropping an item

reworked:

- item 'sheet' (visual upgrade)
- MC home (visual upgrade)
- waysystem & pathfinding of 'entry area' & 'MC room'
- mousecurser (active collision is now animated) 



- (adjusted) side quest trigger
- (adjusted) walkthrough guide (google docx document)



- (adjusted) size & scale of the full game world (in comparison to the characters)
- dialog contexts
- (improved) accessibility of linked/connected story points
(avoiding dead ends)



added:
- save/load menu
- (dayna living room) idle & interact shadow
- (dayna & rebecca entry area) idle & interact shadow
- animated hotspots (usable with keyboard 'space' key)
- missing interaction animations (grab & drop)
- additional NPC interaction (drop inventory items on NPCs)
- additional interaction objects for 'all rooms/locations'
- (background) sales room music ~ shop: 'toolpoint'



- display arrow icons for 'scrollable dialog sections'
- Daylie updates on Discord, for what is being worked on
(incl later edit for what has been finished)
